COUNTRY HEPPLEWHITE SIDEBOARD
$3895

DUNLAP SIDEBOARD
$4595
Experts cannot agree whether the Dunlap family actually built this as a sideboard or if it was really the base of a highboy that was being built in phases. Because of the high cost of early highboys, many families ordered the lower section as a bureau, with the idea of having the cabinetmaker complete the top at a later date. The top drawer, simulated to look like three, indicates that this piece was used as a server.
